A3P Purification DSP Day
29 November 2022
A3P Purification DSP Day on the theme Challenges of implementing a purification strategy. Opinion leaders and experts will be meeting in Lyon (France) on November 29th.
The professionals in the biopharmaceutical industry are facing current and future challenges related to the implementation of purification DSP of active biological substances. Because the substances to be purified are varied: recombinant proteins, vaccines expressed in genetically-modified prokaryotic or eukaryotic cells, Messenger RNA, etc., so they require purification processes which are just as varied.
Gene and cell therapies are opening up unique medical perspectives. However, the various conditions for production of these biotherapies are raising awareness of the wide variety of purification processes used. From the development phase to industrial production, purification is used to guarantee the quality and yield at the end of the process.
First of all, Asuryan is a UV spectroscopy solution. This technology is particularly suitable for proteins which are highly reactive molecules. Present in very small quantities, they therefore require a spectroscopy method suited to low concentrations. Because of its high sensitivity, Asuryan’s UV spectroscopy is ideal for this type of measurement.
HypeReal, meanwhile, can be used for indirect assessment of the samples’ chemical composition, residual moisture content and other critical quality criteria, all without destroying or modifying the sample and without using toxic reagents.
This will be an opportunity to meet us and discuss your issues. Our experts will be there to listen and propose a suitable solution for your requirements.
